When cruising on Holland America, guests will now have the entire ship in the palm of their hand with the Navigator app. The mobile app can be downloaded from the iTunes Store or Google Play store before embarkation, and then the app does not require the purchase of an onboard internet package.
The app will have a variety of features, making the cruise more accessible for all passengers. For example, the app will be the go-to for finding out what is going on, all over the ship, whenever you want. Along with this, the app will feature reservation services for onboard dining, shore excursions, and spa services. And for those travelling with family, there is a chat feature built into the app so you can communicate onboard without the purchase of an Internet package. On some ships, there is a photo gallery feature, allowing you to share your photos with other guests, and even purchase photos of you and your family enjoying all that Holland America has to offer.
