Celebrity Cruises recently announced its newest ship, Celebrity Edge, will feature brand new and exciting culinary options. Guests will be able to experience top-quality cuisine from around the world without having to leave the ship.
Celebrity Edge will feature 29 world-class venues, which includes seven brand new specialty restaurants, four main dining restaurants, two exclusive restaurants for Suite and AquaClass guests, five complimentary quick service dining venues, and 11 bars/lounges. Celebrity Edge promises to take guests on a cross-continental culinary journey.

Specialty Dining
Celebrity Cruises also announced seven new specialty restaurants designed to help travelers experience even more diverse flavors:
Fine Cut Steakhouse: This upscale restaurant will serve premium cuts of steak – cooked exactly to the preference of the guest.
Rooftop Garden Grill: Enjoy mouthwatering backyard barbecue in this casual outdoor eatery.
Eden Restaurant: Performance artists called Edenists deliver exciting dishes and entertainment at this venue featuring an open air kitchen and experimental menus.
Raw on 5: Dig into the best quality delicacies from the sea and beyond, including oysters, crab, lobster rolls, sushi and sashimi.
Le Grand Bistro: This elegant restaurant serves handmade macaroons, artisanal cheese and freshly baked bread for breakfast and lunch, then transforms into an interactive dinner at night.
Le Petit Chef at Le Grand Bistro: Built from a partnership with Tablemation Studios, their famous Le Petite Chef, a 3D animated character, will appear beside guests’ plates to prepare each course right before their eyes. This blend of entertainment and dining is like nothing else at sea.
Dinner on the Edge: Savor scrumptious al fresco dining with the best views at sea upon the elevated Magic Carpet.
Main Dining
Celebrity Edge will debut four brand new complimentary main restaurants, each with a distinct design and atmosphere and inspired by a region in the world. Each main restaurant will feature signature dishes that are offered across the fleet, which change nightly, and dishes selected to showcase the region. Together these four restaurants offer Celebrity Cruises’ largest selection of dishes – plus regionally inspired wines and cocktails found nowhere else on board.
Tuscan Restaurant: This Italian-style restaurant is a nod to Celebrity Cruises’ popular Tuscan Grille, and will serve incredible Italian inspired dishes – including freshly made pastas!
Normandie Restaurant: This French-style restaurant is a conceptual cousin of Celebrity Cruises’ French restaurant Murano. You’re guaranteed to enjoy high-quality, French favorites at Normandie.
Cyprus Restaurant: Cyprus celebrates Celebrity Cruises’ Greek heritage with flavorful Mediterranean cuisine.
Cosmopolitan Restaurant: Enjoy all your favorite, familiar dishes at this new American restaurant.
Dining Times
Guests will have their choice from Celebrity Traditional Dining or Celebrity Select Dining Plus for dining times in the complimentary restaurants. Guests who select Celebrity Traditional Dining will choose either an early or late seating, they will sit at the same table and have the same waiter every evening in the same restaurants, but will have the option to experience the other restaurants if they wish. Guests who select Celebrity Select Dining Plus will have the option to dine when and where they wish every evening and can make a reservation at any of the four restaurants when they wish.
Stateroom Exclusive Dining
Suite Class guests will have the option to dine at their own private restaurant, Luminae at The Retreat, while AquaClass guests will continue to dine at Blu, their private, spa-inspired restaurant.
Celebrity Edge will debut on November 11, 2018, sailing to The Bahamas roundtrip out of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She will then spend her inaugural season sailing alternating 7-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries.
