Celebrity Cruises Launches New Sleep-themed Spa Treatments

No matter how much sleep most adults get, they usually want more. Between busy lives, jobs, and responsibilities – good sleep can seem like a luxury few get to experience.
Celebrity Cruises wants to change that. Celebrity recently announced a series of four sleep-themed spa treatments created in a partnership with Canyon Ranch SpaClub.
The spa treatments, called Mindful Dreams, will use a variety of products and aids to promote healthy sleep. Nutritional seminars, hosted by the spa staff, will be available with advice on good food choices to aid in sleep. Talks about holistic methods for quality sleep will also be available for those interested.

The program’s top treatment, and namesake, is the Mindful Dreams. The treatment lasts for 75 minutes and combines sleep-inducing massage, meditation, and breathing techniques with products (essential oils of lavender and rosemary, for example) chosen to relax restless cruisers.

Other treatments available are a 55-minute lavender and seaweed sugar glow, which will both relax your body and remove dead skin cells so that the healthy skin below can shine; a 50-minute restorative facial, and a 45-minute detox seaweed bath which will help remove toxins and alleviate aches and pains.
The Mindful Dreams treatments will debut on the Celebrity Equinox and Celebrity Summit in August 2017 and will join the rest of the fleet through the end of September 2017.
The Celebrity Equinox ship is where the Mindful Dreams treatment can be found.

  1. My first cruise was on one of your ships out of Baltimore. Thus far, it is the best cruise I have been on. I would enjoy cruising with Celebrity again out of Baltimore since my husband doesn’t fly. Are there any plans to book cruises out of Baltimore again?

  2. Hi Paula! I love cruising with Celebrity as well. Unfortunately they don’t have a ship based in Baltimore for now, but the Celebrity Summit is positioned just a couple hours’ drive away, in Bayonne, NJ through October 2017, and then will be back again in April 2018 for the spring/summer/fall. Let’s get something lined-up!
