All three sisters offer all-suite
accommodations, Seabourn’s
signature water sports Marina, an open bar policy serving premium wine,
champagne and spirits, and menus by renowned celebrity chef, Charlie
Palmer.
- The Restaurant - Savor every meal
when, where and with whom you wish in the stylish open-seating
Restaurant, where tables glisten with Porsgrund China and Schott
Zwiesel crystal. Some evenings are candlelit black-tie (optional)
affairs and, like a sophisticated supper club, have been known to
feature dancing. Most evenings, though, are simply "jacket required."

Cafe - Breakfast and luncheon buffets are casual, yet
sumptuous at this breezy indoor/outdoor venue overlooking the
ship’s wake. In the evening, it transforms into Restaurant 2,
a stylish place to dine more casually, offering innovative tasting
menus or themed bistro dinners by reservation.

Bar & Grill - When it’s just too nice on
deck to go inside, choose this casual, al fresco option located at the
Sky Bar high atop the ship. Lunches and occasional dinners of sizzling
grilled specialties come with low-key music and views to the far
horizon.
