Queen Victoria Highlights

Photo Gallery Accommodations Deck Plans

Cunard Queens enjoy many Cunard fleet exclusives, and Queen Victoria will be no exception. But she will also offer some innovations of her own:
  • Queen Victoria At Sea
  • Pavillion Pool
  • Winter Garden Cafe
  • Queens Grill Restaurant
  • Cafe Carinthia
  • Todd English Restaurant
  • The Casino
  • Grand Lobby: Triple height Grand Lobby, in light mahogany and marbles, with a spectacular double height artwork as a backdrop to its sweeping staircase.
  • Britannia Restaurant: Classic double height Britannia Restaurant, with decorative columns and arches, and a spectacular centrepiece of bronze and glass.
  • Health Club & Spa
  • Queen's Room ballroom - Queen Victoria's two-deck Queen's Room ballroom and is designed for dancing, cocktail parties and traditional English afternoon teas complete with finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones with clotted cream. The room features a dramatic high ceiling, crystal chandeliers, a large 1000 sq ft dance floor with inlaid wood patterns and rich wall décor, with spectacular back-lit glass panels
  • Royal Court Theatre: Reminiscent of a grand West End theatre, the 800-seat Royal Court Theatre will be classically elegant in style and feature a cruising first - private boxes on the upper level, with a dedicated lounge area where guests can enjoy a drink before the show.
  • Cunardia Museum & Shop: Cunard aficionados will be able to wile away the hours viewing the unique collection of Cunard memorabilia and artifacts in a floating museum called ‘Cunardia’ whilst adding to their Cunard home collections by visiting the adjacent Cunardia shop.
  • Royal Arcade - The 4,000-square-foot Royal Arcade has been inspired by both the Royal and Burlington Arcades in London. A grand staircase at the forward end gives access between the upper and lower decks and allows movement between the shopping arcade and both the theatre above and the Casino and Golden Lion Pub below.
  • Library: A two-story wood-paneled library connected by a spiral staircase, with over 6000 books and two full-time librarians.

In addition, Queen Victoria enjoys the general hallmarks of the Cunard experience:

  • The famous Cunard Grill experience will be taken to new heights with alfresco Grill dining in The Courtyard Terrace and exclusive access for Grills guests to their own Upper Terrace Deck, with dedicated staff in attendance, as well as to their Grills Lounge and Bar.
  • A grand conservatory, complete with a central fountain and greenery, retractable glass roof, movable glass wall to the open swimming pool, luxurious rattan furniture and ceiling fans, reminiscent of our colonial past.
  • Hemispheres Bar & Lounge: A 270 degree lounge called Hemispheres – the ideal venue for classes, lectures or simply relaxing by day before transforming into a stunning nightclub by night.
  • ConneXions Conference Centre and Internet CafE on 1 Deck and 3 Deck comprises an education centre for enrichment programmes, featuring a flexible classroom venue for classes that includes Computer Training, Navigation and Art and Wine Tasting.
  • Traditional Red Lion Pub, Commodore Club observation lounge, and Chart Room bar.
  • Distinctive elegance and luxury throughout, combined with an impressive sense of volume and height.
  • Luxurious White Star Service throughout.
  • With this 90,000-ton vessel, the Cunard liner legacy is faithfully upheld, as Queen Victoria offers all the classic characteristics that have become associated with the company's unique liner heritage. From the outside, her distinctive black and red livery will hint at the experience that differentiates a Cunard liner from a modern-day cruise ship. This will be most evident in the ship's homage to the liner traditions of the past with elegant public rooms, many on a grand scale, and all graciously-styled with luxurious finishings. The public spaces will set the stage for myriad programs and amenities that also distinguish Cunard's liner persona as guests enjoy entertainment and enrichment options that evoke a more civilized era of travel. The ship will also feature the line's celebrated Queens Grill and Princess Grill stateroom accommodations and private dining rooms, another Cunard exclusive. And, of course, the ship has been constructed with impressive sea-keeping qualities that will enable it to travel easily and efficiently through the Atlantic and other demanding waters around the world.
