One Cruise Web Sales Manager, Heather Wasson, was recently honored to be invited to the 2010 Ensemble Travel Group International Conference held in Orlando, Florida. The festivities began with the Circle of Excellence black-tie gala. The Circle of Excellence gala was a time to recognize Ensemble’s Top 10 agencies, and The Cruise Web was honored to receive the #1 “Top Sales” award!
The following day, Heather attended the Managers Meeting where agency owners and managers discussed the health of the business while brainstorming about how to handle the changes and outside factors affecting the travel industry. After a productive morning and some time in the sun by the beautiful pool, Heather headed over to Epcot where the 
International Wine and Beer Festival was going on. She had some free time to explore the different “countries” before attending a private dinner event and catching the fireworks.
While in Orlando, Heather also stopped by the Animal Kingdom and was able to spend a fun day outside! Ensemble graciously hosted some free time after 
hours at Universal Studios, where Heather dined at CityWalk and explored Harry Potter World. Heather said, “It was amazing to have the park just for ourselves. We experienced butterbeer, flying through Hogwarts, and wand shopping at Ollivander’s Wand Shop.”
After returning to The Cruise Web headquarters, Heather described the weekend as, “a great mixture of recognition, learning, networking, and fun!”
