He has run some of the best kitchens in the country, owns two popular restaurants in New York City (The Lambs Club and The National), owns one in The Water Club in Atlantic City, has written a cookbook, and was chosen as winner of The Next Iron Chef: Super Chefs, in addition to his residency as a judge on Chopped.
