The Cruise Web team poses with Louie, the Bowie Baysox's mascotCruise Web employees grabbed their mitts and caps on August 23 for a company trip to the Bowie Baysox game at Prince George’s Stadium.  The Baysox are a class-AA affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles major league baseball team.  The outing was even sweeter, or should I say more savory, for The Cruise Web employees because it began with an all-you-can-eat barbecue social, which included pulled pork, burgers, dogs, and some delicious sides like pasta salad.
This event was a great way for all the new and old members of our team to get to know each other and have some fun.  Cruise Consultant Caroline LaHayne said, “If you asked me the color of the other team’s jerseys, I wouldn’t be able to tell you, but that was only because we were having so much fun meeting our new co-workers at The Cruise Web.”
The food (pulled pork in particular) was very tasty and the companionship was spectacular, as The Cruise Web employees bonded and enjoyed an exciting time as usual.   “I LOVED hanging with my co-workers, ” Senior Consultant John Tarantino said.
As you can see, the Bowie Baysox provided an awesome environment to enjoy a baseball game, root for some unsung heroes, and bask in the company of friends and co-workers.  Go B-Sox!
