Aberdeen, Scotland Cruise Port

• The city center features the Marischal College which is at the center of Aberdeen. The college is considered to be an icon of the city and symbolizes the granite working industry. The building houses a museum and is occasionally used for ceremonial events.
   
• Visiting St Machar’s Cathedral is highly encouraged. It has rich history and the architecture is spectacular. The building was built over several centuries which makes it a building that is worth exploring. Today, it is a congregation of the Church of Scotland.
   
• Aberdeen has a beach which offers a good place to pass time. Some granite outcrops have been quarried at the beach in the past which has helped make the scenery breath taking and it also makes it good for rock-climbing.
   
• The cosmopolitan West End buzzes with activity throughout the day and during the night. This is the part of the city that is filled with good hang out spots, restaurants and bars that people can socialize and have fun at night.
