    I'm gonna piggyback on PeachyPeach's question here... What's the minimum age for kids sailing in a cabin by themselves?

    You can easily split the kids and parents up so there's an adult in each room for booking processes and then on the ship, re-arrange. With some cruise lines, the kids can be along as long as they are next door to the parents. If there are no parents, most cruise lines minimum age is 21. For PeachyPeach, minimum age for children in general, is 6 months for most Caribbean sailings; 1 year old for exotic destinations and transatlantics.
