The drinking age is 21 for all alcoholic beverages.

You can bring wine or Champagne onboard at embarkation only. Yoiu are allowed to bring one bottle of wine or champagne onboard per cabin. There is a corkage fee of $10 in the dining room and $14 in the steakhouses.

You are not allowed to bring liquor onboard at embarkation. All liquor and beer brought onboard will be confiscated and available for collection at the end of the cruise. Any unsealed liquors will be discarded without compensation.

Any alcohol purchased in port or ships' duty-free shop will be retained until the last night of the cruise.

Does Carnival offer meetings/gatherings for people who do not drink?

Nearly ever cruise I've taken offers a gathering for non-drinkers during that pre-dinner period.

Definitely, and no pressure to drink or buy things instead to make up the difference.
