The Cruise Web forum is a community dedicated to the discussion of all things cruise-related, including specific destinations, cruise lines and ships. This is a family-friendly forum and we ask that everyone follow the basic rules listed below. These rules govern user behavior for every element of the forum, including discussions, comments, user profiles and wall posts. The opinions expressed in this forum do not necessarily reflect the opinions of The Cruise Web, Inc.

1.  Treat all members, administrators and moderators with respect and refrain from using profanity or name-calling. Constructive criticism is welcome, but insults will not be tolerated.

2.  No spamming or self promoting within the forum.

3.  While respectfully stated personal opinions are welcome, do not make potentially damaging statements against other parties that are not supported by known public facts.

4.  Keep discussions on topic and post in the most appropriate category. If your post is not related to the primary topic, please create a new discussion. Any posts thought to be in the wrong discussion will be moved. Off-topic posts will be moved to the General Discussion category.

5.  When asking questions, please check that your question has not already been answered within the forum. Our search feature will help you determine this. Do not cross-post the same question to multiple places.

6.  Choose an appropriate subject line. Do not mislead readers with false subjects. Do not use all caps and do not use links as thread titles.

7.  Live links in posts are permitted as long as the linked sites are related to your post and are not self-promoting. If you are linking to external content, you should link directly to that content.

8.  Do not link to any site that contains adult content, sexually-oriented material or anything that might be considered offensive. Any posts or threads found in violation of this rule will be edited or removed, and the poster warned or possibly banned at the moderator’s discretion.

9.  Do not post, upload or attach copyright-infringing material.

10.  Do not discuss illegal activities.

11.  Do not plagiarize. When referencing someone else’s work, quote them and cite your source as you would in any other written work.

12.  Do not pretend to be or represent someone other than yourself and do not include any variation of The Cruise Web’s brand name in your username.

13.  Thank those who help you. All members are invited to help other users by responding to their questions when they know the answer. Helpful people make useful forums.

14.  By posting on this forum you give The Cruise Web all rights to use your post in articles or newsletters or any other means The Cruise Web sees fit.
