Viking Cruises just announced the addition of five new ocean cruising itineraries to feature the Caribbean and North America starting in 2016. We’re thrilled with this expansion that will include trans-Atlantic crossings as well as voyages through the Caribbean and Canada/New England.
With her first trans-Atlantic voyage in September 2016, Viking Star will bring Viking’s destination-centric style of cruising to North America for the first time ever. Following in the path of some of the original Viking explorers, Viking Star will sail across the North Atlantic with stops in Iceland and Greenland. After arriving in Canada, she’ll journey south along the Eastern Seaboard towards the warm waters of the Caribbean. She’ll remain in the Caribbean through February 2017 before returning to Europe.

Our new itineraries in North America and the Caribbean will offer travelers experiences that broaden their horizons both on and off the ship.”
