Princess Cruises Introduces Regional Menus Showcasing Destination Specialties

Now each cruiser will have masterfully created specialties designed to reflect the culture and character of the destinations being visited by their grand ships.
Local ingredients, spices and produce will be used to create these exciting dishes for Princess Cruises’ passengers. This new program will debut with Caribbean specialties to reflect the fall itineraries to these fascinating islands. Over time, the program will be introduced into Princess’ entire fleet to showcase the unique flavors of Alaska, Hawaii and the Mediterranean.

Here are some of the exciting menu items Princess Cruises’ passengers will enjoy:

  • Arawak’s Caribbean-style Pork Chop
  • Red Snapper Mojito
  • Island-Spiced Jerk Chicken

And of course, Caribbean Cocktails including:

  • The Caribbean Cooler
  • The West Indies Yellow Bird
  • The Cool Runnings Cocktail

This new and exciting way to dine at sea will kick off on November 6, 2014 aboard the Regal Princess, sailing to ports in the Eastern Caribbean including St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Princess Cays in the Bahamas!
