Early March we started a cruise on the Crown Princess due to call on CAYMAN iSLANDS, Roatan and Bahamas. The ship only called in Bahamas. The excuse was very short “On account of bad weather conditions we are unable to visit Roatan and Bahamas”. We understand and accept the excuse however we deserve something more than excuses because we payed for the whole trip . Similar situation happened not only on liners but also on planes but the corresponding companies refunded the price of payed although non visited destinations.
Princess Cruise responded laconically ” we did it for the sake of the passengers”! Useless to mention that we are quite desappointed and frustrated.
As promoters to the leading cruise companies trust you can do something for us!
Looking forward to your early good news,
Cordially,
Eduardo & Adriana Aranovich
