Hi
So if you are in the Yacht Club you can dine at all the specialty restaurants on the ship and this is included (no extra cost)? We are thinking of going on the new ship in the Mediterranean in September 2017.
Thanks

Morning
It will be our first time for yacht club. Are cocktails included? Also what are the duties of the Butler?
Thanks
Catherine

Catherine,

The Yacht Club includes free drinks at the Yacht Club’s bar, as well as from your room’s mini-fridge which can be restocked to your liking. As for gratuities, there is no additional charge for the butler service, so you’ll just pay the standard MSC Cruises gratuities of $12 per day for Caribbean itineraries, or $11 per day in the Mediterranean. Please give us a call at 1-800-377-9383 with any additional questions.

Should my husband bring his Black tie suit for Yacht club?

9 The Cruise Web Team { 05.31.16 at 8:30 am }

Hi Catherine,

The normal dress code for the Yacht Club isn’t any different than the rest of the ship, which means you’ll probably see a lot of “country club casual” attire. However, your husband should pack a tuxedo, dark suit or dinner jacket for the gala night(s).

Hi. We’re staying in the Yacht Club later this month. We booked through a Travel agent and had asked to be All inclusive but from our understanding we are only all inclusive for drinks whilst in the Yacht club – is that correct? Also the Travel agent has allocated the wrong people to one room, and told us we can sort out on board! Does that matter? I’d really rather it was correct before we travel. Not happy to find out the travel agent hasn’t booked us what we asked for and we’ve only just discovered this but really excited for our trip.

Hi Sarah,

You are correct in that the Yacht Club includes free drinks only within the exclusive Yacht Club area. Regarding your cabin allocation, we need some more information. Did you book your cruise with The Cruise Web? If so, please email your reservation details to office@cruiseweb.com or contact your agent directly at 1-800-377-9383. If you booked with a different agency, you will need to contact them for help with your reservation.

While in the Yacht Club can I get a mudslide.?

13 The Cruise Web Team { 07.11.16 at 8:02 am }

Hi Sue, I think they should be able to mix together a mudslide for you. If you like yours a specific way, it wouldn’t hurt to ask the bartender early on during your vacation. That way, if they are missing a key ingredient, they might have time to stock up.

Hi,
We’re staying in the yacht club on the MSc presioza later this month,
Would like to book the romance package, but is it worth the extra 100 euro’s? Because i,ve heard we allready get fresh fruit in our suite Every day, and do we get an invitation to the vip-coctail because we’re in Yacht club?

15 The Cruise Web Team { 08.03.16 at 1:01 pm }
