Ultra luxury cruise pioneer Seabourn Cruise Line has secured the services of renowned American chef- restaurateur Charlie Palmer to design over 200 new signature recipes for cuisine to be served in the exclusive, single seating restaurants aboard the line's elegant, yacht-like ships.

Gourmet Wine

The imposing new wine menu features more than 200 wines from the world's top wine growing regions. This includes a wide variety of classic labels and vintages as well as rare, boutique wines of limited production.

More than 50 quality wines from around the world, praised by wine connoisseurs and other experts, are served at no charge to Seabourn guests with lunches and dinners on board, and are also stocked in passengers' in-suite bars at no cost.

There are also more than 100 internationally known spirits available, including whiskeys, brandies, aperitifs, cordials and liqueurs. More than 75 brands and varieties of these are likewise complimentary throughout the ship and are stocked in the in-suite bars.
