Yasawa, also called Assawa and Ysava, is the main island of the Yasawa Group, an archipelago in Fiji's Western Division. Yasawa is one of Fiji's most popular destinations for the travelers looking for the white sandy beaches and tropical island resorts. These islands are located just off the north western side of Viti Levu. The home of the famous film "The Blue Lagoon" is ideal for the traveler looking for beach accommodation and blue, crystal clear water.

Scuba - Two Tank Dive From the M/Y Megumi

The ship will anchor in Yasawirara Bay on the Northern tip of Yasawa Island. Upon arrival ashore by tender, the divers will meet this resort boat nearby the tender embarkation location.
Fiji Labeled as the "Soft Coral Capital of the World" by Jean-Michel Cousteau, Fiji offers some of the world's best scuba diving with a comprehensive range of excellent dive locations. Spectacular hard and soft corals, caves and grottos, amazingly diverse marine life that includes large pelagic species such as sharks and tuna, turtles and fish of all hues and sizes, and internationally certified dive operators all ensure your dive experience will be a memorable one. For the underwater explorer and photographer, the crystal waters of Fiji's virgin reefs and magnificent lagoons very often offer unmatched visibility.
The Motoryacht, "Megumi" is a 44-foot custom Assegai built in Brisbane Australia in 2006 and sailed across on its own bottom to Fiji, powered by twin 635 hp Cummins-engines. The boat is number 9 in a line of thoroughbreds built by Barry Martin from Assegai Marine. Specifically built to fish and dive in comfort and style it fits perfectly into the Yasawa Island Resort catalogue.
Please note: This dive is for certified divers, and you must bring your current dive card with you. You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire, and the local operator reserves the right to refuse participation. Please bring sunscreen lotion, and Fijian dollars for transport and extra purchases on the island. There will be photo opportunities at coral reefs.
The Minimum age is 12 years old for divers. The tour may not operate in inclement weather. Price Includes all equipment, BCD, wet-suit, 2 tanks, one bottle of water and mini picnic box comprising of a sandwich and fresh fruit.
