Board your air-conditioned motorcoach and drive to Richard Burton Park on the Cuale River, passing the marina and elegant shoreline hotels. From a distance, view Gringo Gulch, site of homes owned by the rich and famous, including Elizabeth Taylor and the late Richard Burton. Continue south past Conchas Chinas, traveling along Mismaloya Beach and the famous Los Arcos photo stop. Afterwards, we will go to a quaint restaurant in the heart of downtown where a complimentary margarita, beer or soft drink will be served. Next, drive to the central plaza, where you enjoy free time to shop or visit Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral. You may choose to remain in the downtown district to shop and sightsee on your own. However, you are then responsible for your return to the ship.

From the marina pier, journey to the center of Puerto Vallarta. Here begin a guided walking tour through the highlights of this charming and exciting resort town, situated on the Bay of Banderas. Pass the always popular Malecon (the main boardwalk area), sea horse sculpture, incredible ocean-side views before visiting Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral. Reboard the motorcoach and travel to a gourmet Mexican restaurant to begin your Mexican cooking lesson. Here your touring group will be divided into teams � each team given a portion of the meal to prepare. Your chef du jour will assist in the preparation of various dishes including handmade corn tortillas, Mexican salsa, guacamole and the famous Pollo en Mole. Afterwards, sample the fruits of your work before returning to the pier.

Managed by Troon Golf of Scottsdale, Arizona, El Tigre plays over 7,000 yards and features numerous lakes and strategically placed bunkers. The course features pristine Tifon Bermuda grass fairways and Tifdwarf Champion greens. Board your air-conditioned motorcoach for the drive to Hacienda Do�a Engracia, where you meet your guide, an expert in the region�s flora and fauna. Set off on your hike, which travels through the forest to a spring. Take a soothing dip in before hiking back to the ranch, where complimentary snacks and drinks will be served. Wander the grounds of this working ranch before returning to the ship.

Your adventure begins with a short transfer to Sea Life Park Vallarta where a day of adventure and discovery awaits! Your experience begins with an informative video orientation, followed by a presentation by dolphin trainers. Then move to a training area, where you are introduced to this marvelous marine mammal. Under the watchful eyes of the trainer, spend approximately 30 minutes in the water with a dolphin, experiencing several behaviors that may include a kiss, a swim by, a foot push and a dorsal tow (among other surprises). Following your dolphin swim enjoy a hot dog for lunch and then take in the wonderful Sea Lion Show and of course the famous dolphin show. A full two hours in the park where you will enjoy an array of slides ranging from our beautiful children's area to our speed slides for the adventurers.
