Departing from the pier, you will pass by the small, traditional fishing village of Zihuatanejo along Mexico's golden west coast where, time permitting , a picture stop will be made en route to Ixtapa, the government- planned resort community. Upon you return to Zihuatanejo, you may choose to stop and shop at the picturesque crafts market, which is a short walk from the landing pier. As port time can be short, this is an excellent way to see thes contrasting resorts throgh the eyes of your local guides.

    Petatlan is a town full of traditions and ancient customs. Here you will also find one of the most revered churches in the state of Guerrero, the Church of Father Jesus of Petatlan. People from all over Mexico and the world come to this charming town in search of miacles linked to the patron saint. Starting from the pier, your motorcoach passes through the town of Zihuatanejo, the old settlement of Agua de Correa, and some coconut and mango plantations before reaching Petatlan. Here you will visit the will- known church and its statue fo St. Father Jesus.Marvel at the high-arche ceilinhg, beautiful stained- glass and well-manicured grounds. Walk around the town plaxa for some souvenir shopping. A complimentary beverage is included in your tour.
