    Meet your interpreter at a Hong Kong restaurant and set off on a guided tour of a nearby market. Your approximately three-hour class ranges from Chinese table settings and utensils to a demonstration of two traditional Hong Kong dishes. The recipes may include Prawns with Chili Sauce, Stir-fried Beef with Oyster Sauce, Pork with Crispy noodles or Fried Rice and Spring Rolls. Passengers receive a Certificate of Participation after the class.
