    Paddle through a boat harbor, along picturesque shorelines and rock outcroppings. Watch nesting puffins on a grassy cliff and cormorants comfortably perched on an impossibly steep rock face. See a distant humpback whale in full breach, watch salmon leap from the water near spawning time and photograph a sea otter eating shellfish. Sightings are not guaranteed, however Steller sea lions, sea otters, river otters, horned and tuffed puffins, blacklegged kittiwakes, pelagic cormorants, harbor seals, and whales are common sightings.

    Sea kayaking allows you to glide silently through calm waters with virtually no noise to disturb the magnificent wildlife you encounter. Enjoy a remote beach where you have the chance to stretch your legs, go beachcombing and view tide pools. Beginners and experienced kayakers alike easily maneuver the waters in safe, one- or two-person sea kayaks.
