Explore the fascinating city of Marseille and the quaint town of Cassis by motor coach.
- You will ride through "Le Vieux Port" of Marseille, where the Greeks landed in 600BC, and continue past the French cafes to arrive at the striking Basilica Notre Dame de la Garde.
- This impressive 19th century landmark stands on a hilltop with a monumental statue of the Virgin Mary and Child atop the bell tower, watching over the city.
- Your guide will give you the option to climb the 120-step to the top for a splendid 360 degree view over the city and a chance to see the beautiful ex-votos on the walls and a stunning marble statue in the crypt.
- Your journey continues with a lovely coastal drive along the Corniche J.F. Kennedy to the quaint fishing town of Cassis, nestled in a cove at the base of a medieval castle
- Upon arrival, you'll board a small train and ride to the downtown area to explore at your leisure.

This excursion will give you the opportunity to visit four picturesque villages of Cinque Terre.
- Travel for 2 hoursby motor coach to Manarola, your first ancient village.
- View its picturesque port and walk its high winding footpath named "Lovers Pathway" to Riomaggiore (weather permitting), before enjoying some free time.
- Then, board a public boat for your 30 minute sail to Monterosso, known for its charming resorts and beaches.
- Enjoy free time here for lunch on your own or take a swim.
- Finally, sail to Vernazza, a beautiful 1st century village with an amphitheater shape and narrow streets to explore before returning to La Spezia by boat and then back to the ship by motorocoach.

Take a relaxing motorlaunch ride along the Amalfi Coast, the most famous coast in all of Italy, followed by a visit to one of the most famous ruins of all time, Pompeii.
On this beautiful excursion you will:
- Ride for approximately one hour by motor coach and arrive in Salerno, located at the very end of the outstanding Amalfi Coast.
- Here is where you will board your private boat and enjoy a 45 minute cruise to Amalfi, viewing the unforgettable Dolomitic cliffs that tower perpendicularly out of the sea and look to be sculpted by nature into their fantastic shapes.
- Learn Amalfi is situated at the mouth of a deep gorge along the coast. This was once a major shipping port during the Middle Ages and it was also a maritime independent state.
- Be led by your escort into Amalfi's main square and among other sites see the magnificent facade of the 12th-century cathedral.
- Enjoy free time to explore and shop on your own before reboarding your motorlaunch and returning to Salerno by boat.
- From here, you will drive by motor coach to Pompeii, where you will enjoy a typical italian lunch.
- After your lunch, visit Pompeii with your guide and learn of the tragedy that struck this ancient city when Mt. Vesuvius entombed all life here.
- After a short stop at a local cameo factory, after exploring Pompeii, you will return by motor coach to Naples.

On this exciting excursion you will:
- During a 45-minute journey, you will be driven by motor coach to Cavtat where your 4x4 vehicle awaits.
- Begin with a drive up to Velji Do to view Cavtat and Zupa Dubrovacka Bay in its entirety.
- Continue on through the Valley of Konavle, driving through swampy regions of the valley and, time permitting, up to St. Elijah's Brow (536 feet above sea level), followed by a descent into the valley.
- Get your adrenaline going with a climb to the water spring of Vodovadja before continuing into the Sapro Country Estate where a homemade lunch with wine and brandy awaits you.

This walking tour in the heart of the ancient city of Verona introduces you to the setting for Shakespeare's tale of Romeo and Juliet.
On this excursion you will:
- Relax on your 1-hour motor coach journey to this famous city. Enter the town walls through the gate of Porta Palio where you will have your first sighting of the spectacular castle known as Castelvecchio, Gavi Arch and Porta Borsari.
- At Porta Nuova, your local guide will take you for a walk around the city center to view the most important masterpieces (exterior only). This guided walk will last approximately 1 hour.
- Walk through Piazza dei Signori where a statue of Dante gazes upon the 14th century Palace of Reason, Verona's law court.
- Continue on to Piazza delle Erbe, Verona's medieval herb market, which is now lined with art galleries, upscale boutiques and inviting sidewalk cafes.
- See Juliet's balcony (exterior only), which, according to the legend, inspired Shakespeare to the immortal tragedy of Romeo and Juliet.
- Finally, walk along the busy Via Mazzini to the Arena, completed around 30 BC, and the third largest in the world after Rome's Colosseum and the amphitheater of Capua, near Naples. The Arena, once capable to hold almost the entire population of Roman Verona, was the scene of mock battles and gladiator combats.
- Before returning to the ship, enjoy some free time to shop or photograph your favorite sites.
